Returns Policy

We hope you are pleased with the fit, quality and value of your Charlotte Jayne purchase. If you are unhappy with your item you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 working days of delivery to you. All garments must be unworn and unmarked with the original labels attached. Please refrain from wearing make-up or perfume when trying on garments to prevent staining and odour.

We are not responsible for the cost of return postage and items must be returned to 27 New Street, Huddersfield, HD1 2AZ at your own cost.  You can return web orders to our store in person during opening hours.


If approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at caroline@charlottejayne.co.uk and send your item to 27 New Street, Huddersfield, HD1 2AZ


Your order is very important to Charlotte Jayne and every effort will be made to ensure your goods arrive with you in a timely manner. Please see below for a list of delivery charges/options:
  • UK Standard Delivery is a Flat Rate Cost of £3.95 per order. Delivery usually takes between 2-4 working days except during busy periods when delivery may be longer.
  • FREE Collect In Store is available from our boutique, our address is 27 New Street, Huddersfield, HD1 2AZ

Please consider your delivery address provided as a signature will be required upon delivery. In the event you are not present to sign or your delivery the courier will leave a calling card. Please liaise directly with the courier to assist a smooth re-delivery.

In the event a re-delivery is unsuccessful the goods will be returned to Charlotte Jayne Ltd and a repeat delivery charge will be required in order to re-despatch your order. 

Privacy Policy

Charlotte Jayne is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you legally. You may wish to know the type of information we will collect about you. These include, Name, Address, Telephone, Email Address and Credit/Debit card details.  We do not retain sensitive information about you unless we had your consent. Security Policy – Secure Payment with Lloyds

We feel that it is important for you to able to shop online with confidence so we have created a secure transaction environment for you to ensure the integrity of all sensitive data. All communication and information transmitted on-line is encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations. This is in addition to the protection afforded you by your cardholder to prevent fraudulent use of the card in a “card not present” environment.
